- Celebration circles designed for female family and friends to honour and bless life stages – these are meaningful alternatives or additions to birthday parties, hen’s parties and baby showers and other rites of passage.

First Moon Circles
Purpose
Support young women and those new to menstruation in embracing their menstrual cycle as a natural and empowering experience.
First Moon Circles for girls (8 – 13 years) and their mothers and female caregivers to gather to learn and celebrate the changes that puberty brings. An empowering, fun, sacred and inclusive circle that goes way beyond schools basic, limited period education and focuses instead on cycle self-care and self love so children feel prepared, informed, confident and supported to experience puberty and their first periods.
